Hey there, pals!

As the countdown gets closer and closer and the excitement builds for my adventure to the Walt Disney World Resort, I thought I would share my bucket list I created for myself as a first-time Disney Academic Exchange Program (DAEP) participant.

So, here it is:

  1. Get Traditions ears decorated at Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe in the Magic Kingdom

  2. Get Graduation ears embroidered

  3. Ride EVERY single ride at the Walt Disney World Resort

  4. Ride Tower of Terror in Hollywood Studios

  5. Do the 4 parks in 1 day challenge - the rules: must ride 1 ride, meet 1 character, eat 1 snack at each park and take a photo in front of the Tree of Life (Animal Kingdom), Sunset Boulevard (Hollywood Studios), Spaceship Earth (Epcot) and Cinderella's Castle (Magic Kingdom) all within the park's operation hours!

  6. Collect a number of Disney pins for each iconic moment i.e. '1st Visit', 'I'm Celebrating'

  7. Buy a Disney Christmas bauble/ornament for the Christmas tree

  8. Buy my family Disney-themed Christmas presents

  9. Buy a Disney spirit jersey

  10. Eat a meal from every country at the World Showcase in Epcot

  11. Eat at Be Our Guest restaurant

  12. Have a meet and greet with my favourite Disney characters

  13. Take a photo at EVERY Instagram wall in the Disney parks

  14. Be the last person on Main Street USA at the Magic Kingdom

  15. Have a solo park day

  16. Watch EVERY parade at the Disney parks

  17. Do a behind the scenes tour with my family

  18. See my friends at work

  19. Go to the Disney water parks

  20. Visit Universal theme parks

  21. Attend a housing event

  22. Eat and shop in downtown Orlando

  23. Go on the Orlando Eye

  24. Eat with an astronaut at Cape Canaveral

  25. Watch 4th of July fireworks

  26. Make loads of new friends

  27. Hang out with home friends from the UK

  28. Buy an autograph book and get my housemates/co-workers to write a message in it

  29. Have fun making amazing memories of the most magical year of my life

I hope you enjoyed reading my program bucket list, as this was a VERY HIGHLY requested topic from my readers! Who knows, maybe I'll do another post after my program of how successful I was at ticking off my bucket list? 🤷‍♀️ Let me know your thoughts! Also, I am keen to know what would be on your Walt Disney World Resort bucket list. Comment on this post or my social media accounts (@onceuponhannahsdream) what you would have on your bucket list if you were doing the program!

Have a magical day!
